THE RIGHT APPROACH
STARTS ON YOUR PROPERTY.
Identify the property boundaries, trees to retain, access points, and intended finish before requesting an estimate. Permits, protected trees, drainage, and utility locations can affect the project. Share acreage, location, and photos taken from a safe position.

Choose the assessment you need
What shapes the estimate?
Acreage is only one factor. Vegetation, retained trees, terrain, wet areas, access, hauling, and the requested finish affect the scope.
Define the work limits and retained features before choosing a method. Clearing vegetation does not itself provide building, grading, wetland, or tree-removal authorization.
Is a cleared lot ready for construction?
Not necessarily. Surveying, permits, drainage, grading, utilities, and retained-tree protection may need separate professional work.
