Oak removal and
property restoration
in DeLand.
Five large oak removals, stump grinding, fence-line and dugout-area trimming, debris hauling and sod restoration were part of this DeLand project.
Removal, trimming
and the finished area.
The project brought several tasks into one scope: removing five large oaks, grinding stumps, trimming along the fence line and around the dugout area, hauling debris and restoring areas with sod.
For a similar property, removal and pruning are different decisions. Identify the trees to remove, the branches to address and the landscape you want to retain. Stump work, debris hauling and restoration should be listed separately in the estimate so the finish is clear.
Project scope
- Five large oak removals
- Stump grinding
- Fence-line and dugout-area trimming

These are the completed tasks confirmed for this project. They do not imply that every tree-removal estimate includes stump grinding, hauling or sod restoration.

Start with access.
Agree on cleanup.
Share the location of trees and branches relative to buildings, fences and activity areas, the narrowest equipment entry and the finish you want. Safe overview photos help explain the property before a site visit.
Ask for removal, pruning, stump grinding, chip handling, hauling and any restoration to be identified in the written scope. The site assessment establishes the work method, access, scheduling and property-specific price.
